- Facilitated scheduling Q&A for shorts program. Ensure files are processed and turned over to the Operations Department on agreed deadlines.
- Supported the GOM in the scheduling of all Q&As for 45 features.
- Collaborated with the execution of virtual Industry Meetings for 2021 Filmmakers. To include 12 hosts and 48 filmmaker attendees, a two-day event, four rotations of 25 minutes.
- Acted as primary administrative support for the Guest Office department, including maintaining
- Guest Database in FilemakerPro, creating guest itineraries, creating and updating materials, and maintaining digital tools such as Formstack and Guest Info website.
- Supported facilitation of all virtual hospitality for Programming guests in the lead-up and during the 2021 festival. To include communications with programming festival guests: sending invitations, creating itineraries, securing waivers, and additional correspondence pertaining to theirattendance.
- Supported GOM as needed in executing the festival talks/panels. With support from the Programming Department, the Guest Office will manage all invites, secure speakers & moderators, & finalize dates.
- Supported GMO to create and disseminate 2021 Delegate Guide to all Programming guests.Worked with the Special Events Manager and Executive Assistant to manage guest invitations to receptions, mixers, and other virtual offerings during the festival.

- Coordinated 50+ fillmmakers (publicists and assistants) for 12 online conversations.
- Supervised itinerary for virtual guests at SFFILM’s Doc Stories program. Worked closely with Programming Department to determine guest invitations.
- Acted as main point of contact for a designated portion of guests: sending invitation, creating itineraries, and additional correspondence pertaining to their attendance.
- Works with the Operations Department for scheduling virtual tech checks and conversations with each guest.
- Coordinates with Programming Department on the invites and RSVP’s for the “Doc Stories Brunch.”
