  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute exhibition and collection-related public programs with VP and Manager a dynamic roster of programs while in dialogue with long-term and temporary exhibitions as well as the Academy Museum’s permanent collection. 
Highlights include
  • Co-producing Museum Member Webinar series - online conversations on upcoming exhibits in collaboration with the curatorial team.
  • Produced Building Character Series which highlights behind the scene crafts that focus on character building. Most recently Animation and R2-D2 + Creating for Films and more. 

SFFilm | Film Festival - Guest Office 
March-April 2021 (Contract)
  • Facilitated scheduling Q&A for shorts program. Ensure files are processed and turned over to the Operations Department on agreed deadlines.
  • Supported the GOM in the scheduling of all Q&As for 45 features.
  • Collaborated with the execution of virtual Industry Meetings for 2021 Filmmakers. To include 12 hosts and 48 filmmaker attendees, a two-day event, four rotations of 25 minutes.
  • Acted as primary administrative support for the Guest Office department, including maintaining
  • Guest Database in FilemakerPro, creating guest itineraries, creating and updating materials, and maintaining digital tools such as Formstack and Guest Info website.
  • Supported facilitation of all virtual hospitality for Programming guests in the lead-up and during the 2021 festival. To include communications with programming festival guests: sending invitations, creating itineraries, securing waivers, and additional correspondence pertaining to their attendance.
  • Supported GMO to create and disseminate 2021 Delegate Guide to all Programming guests. Worked with the Special Events Manager and Executive Assistant to manage guest invitations to receptions, mixers, and other virtual offerings during the festival.

SFFilm | Doc Stories - Guest Office

  • Coordinated 50+ filmmakers (publicists and assistants) for 12 online conversations.
  • Supervised itinerary for virtual guests at SFFILM’s Doc Stories program. Worked closely with Programming Department to determine guest invitations.
  • Acted as main point of contact for a designated portion of guests: sending invitation, creating itineraries, and additional correspondence pertaining to their attendance.
  • Works with the Operations Department for scheduling virtual tech checks and conversations with each guest.
  • Coordinates with Programming Department on the invites and RSVP’s for the “Doc Stories Brunch.”
  • Oversees management of the Guest Database on Filemaker Pro

Newfilmmakers LA - Panel Producer | Screener

  • Program and produce panels and talks discussing filmmaking tips, career advices, and provide an opportunity for new filmmakers and professionals to connect. Topics include screenwriting, editing and other topics as pitched.

Newport Beach Film Festival - Director of Seminars, Industry Relations and Honor Awards

Produced and presented a series of free and interactive panels that focus on the art and process of filmmaking with some of the industry's leading filmmakers. Topics include directing, screenwriting, Variety's Top Cinematographers to Watch series, and music in film. Guest highlights include Aisha Tyler, Tom Cross, Arthur Jeppe, Linda Woolverton, and John Lee Hancock. I have also coordinated their "Call for Submissions" marketing campaign including in-kind ad trades, digital marketing, drafting marketing materials and copy writing which saw a 28% from the previous year. Assist in promotion of events, press releases, red carpet, talent relations, and coordinating with media from top industry magazines.
