With a passion for film and education, Lohanne found joy in curating conversations early in her career through an internship with the Newport Beach Film Festival – where she later served as the Director of Seminars, Awards, and Industry Relations. She has partnered with film festivals and organizations to produce engaging programs including American Cinema Editors, The Chimaera Project, NewFilmmakers LA, SFFILM, and Variety Magazine’s 10 Cinematographers  to Watch. She holds a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Entertainment Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Ultimately, she seeks to bring filmmakers and film enthusiasts together to learn, create dialogue, and celebrate the art and craft of film. Lohanne is currently with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
